A wonderful and classic carrot sandwich cake with crushed walnuts and a warming infusion of cinnamon and mixed spices separated and topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting to compliment all the flavours. This is a delicious cake that is both light and moreish. This cake can be made nut free, vegan and gluten free.
